why children need physical activity


-Active children are less likely to gain weight or be overweight.
Active children are less likely to develop type 2 diabetes.-
-Their school grades are better than low active children (increase their IQ).
They are more social and initiative.-
They have healthier heart and lungs.-
-Physical activity helps in their bones growth and builds up their muscles.
-So when you have strong muscles and bones   (that will help you to move and play better), and when you have healthier lungs (because when you exercise you inhale more oxygen) as a result you will burn more calories and remain your healthy body weight.

-BECAUSE of all that I left this one for the last to explain why ACTIVE children are always happy.
